Fresh Diet is offering you a Fresh Premium, a fully customizable membership, giving you the flexibility to select your meals, manage your delivery schedule, and select preferences. In the dark of night, between the hours of 7 pm and 5 am, with just a touch of magic, a fleet of Fresh Diet fairies hand-deliver your meals directly to your door. On Wednesday, meals are delivered for both Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sundays meals are delivered Friday night; double the delivery, double the fresh goodness.

Meals arrive in thermal insulated cooler bags with non-toxic ice packs and fairy dust to ensure ultimate freshness. Okay, the fairy dust is a lie, but the rest is true.
