AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!

Awful! Awful! Awful! This Company are shambolic! They advertise as though you are going to get something special, you don’t. They said it would be 3 days to deliver It took 9 day’s and that was only because I chased them! No contact number, zero customer service. I had a DPD message giving a delivery date, I waited in it didn’t arrive! When I eventually got a reply to my email, they stated ‘it’s unacceptable’! But didn’t do anything to try and rectify with some sort of goodwill. I tried and tried and tried to come to some sort of satisfactory conclusion, but they weren’t having any of it. They just bleat on about how busy they are and find it difficult to provide a decent service due to being a small team that can’t cope with the overwhelming orders. They still keep advertising, so the situation is going to get worse! I feel duped by this lot! SO FULL OF PROMISE BUT DON’T DELIVER! PLEASE PLEASE DON’t WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS EGOCENTRIC BUNCH!

Responded to an offer for 20 craft beers for £19 with free P&P. No sooner had I made the order than I received an email stating that I had also been charged £15 for subscription and would be charged £25 a month later and every month thereafter. As the Flavourly flier I had responded to specifically stated “This offer is not a subscription. We won’t send you any more beer unless you order direct from us.” this seems very misleading. I have emailed them twice but received no reply and can not find a phone number on the website. Will be contacting my Credit Card Fraud line if nothing heard soon. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of this company.

Great beer club

At flavourly.com you get 10 beers for £20 and can get £10 off your first box making it £1 a beer delivered. You can choose between a light, dark or mixed box.
This month I went for the dark box and received a great selection of stouts, brown ales and a few others. The delivery is great you even get a text saying when your box will be delivered. The selection was great and all the beers are ones you will not see in the shops and usually ones I haven’t tried before. Would highly recommend

Let’s make one thing clear, if you’re signing up for a Craft Beer subscription, where you don’t choose, occasionally you’re going to get a beer you don’t like – I think that’s the only gamble. But, saying that, I like not knowing what I’m getting & love to try new and different ales, this is something you definitely get with Flavourly.

Another thing is stunningly great Customer Service. I’ve used a couple of different ones but these guys are quick to reply and, even more so, add a personalised touch to your delivery – which I loved!

I think all subscription boxes a little over-priced but when you look at it logically, they’re doing all the work for you. I’ve had some great surprises, top ales, and will continue to look forward to something different.

(NB: I don’t think a review where someone got 7 or 8 is relevant, especially when they obviously helped rectify the mistake, things happen, don’t they?)

Worth a go!

I’ve had flavourly for a while and the standard of beer is in general very good – but was dissapoined to hear the snacks have been reduced to one as they was always lovely. Here is hoping the standard of beer gets even better to make up for it

Don't stop dropping on my step

Great selection of beers from various breweries a snack and a magazine – what more do you need? Was slightly disapointed when they dropped one of the snacks (for the mag) and the price is slightly on the steep side when you consider most of the beers can be pick up for an average price of around £2.50 at any decent beer shop however, the surprise is a blast and delivered direct to your door more than makes up for it!

Top notch

Went from mixed boxes to just the dark, best decision I’ve made. Love my monthly delivery, always on time and hassle free. Can’t grumble at the price either as it would cost more for me to go select 8 obscure ales from a local shop.

Beer heaven

Came back to you guys after a few months away and I wasn’t disappointed. A great selection of beers that I’m trying to resist drinking straightaway. Great service and a great idea. Looking forward to next month

Awesome stuff

Fantastic box although I’ve only had 3 it has opened my eyes too so many different types of beers. Just discovered red ales and loved them. Kee up the good work

Great craft beer subscription

Great beers and reliable service. The few minor problems I’ve had have always been sorted promptly and without issue. As I prefer darker beers, I like that you can request dark, light or a mixture. I would thoroughly recommend giving this a go if you want to try amazing craft beer that you won’t find in the high street.

7 beers instead of 8

I only received 7 beers instead of the 8 that it should’ve been. The snacks received were also the same. After contacting customer services they credited me with £3 which is fair enough. I have however cancelled the service as I can’t fully trust that the future service will be great. It’s ok value to have the beers delivered to your door, but better options available.

Flavourly Beer Box Subscription

I have just received my second Flavourly Beer Box. Very happy with the contents. I went for the “mixed” box, there are three options. Great value for money, there are loads of deals around too. There are also three subscription options as well. Good mixed of ales and snacks, well packaged. Email and text alerts
For delivery etc. No complaints. I subscribe to three other “boxes” and this one is by far the best.

Good selection but pricey

Very good selection of craft beers BUT you do get the odd shoddy beer that’s not good at all. It’s a bit pricey really and they’re all British beers, no International styles.

If you know where to buy from like Booths or Waitrose, then it’s quite pricey in comparison.

Best time of the month!

I count down the days to the Flavourly delivery and it is yet to disappoint.

I’ve tried to many beers i wouldn’t of had a chance to without this service!

beer club greatness

A great club which I get deliveries from every month.. 8 UK brewed craftbeers and 2 snacks for £24. So much better than mail order as each box is a beery surprise. You rate each beer after tasting via the flavourly site so each box is more suited to your tastes. You won’t be disappointed.
