CraftCoffee.com seems Shady
By coffeelovindudeBe very cautious with Craftcoffee.com. They sent me rather decent coffee which is fine considering they’re the cheapest subscription option I could find. However, one of the bags arrived with a big hole up top. After 3 attempts at communication (email reply, website contact form, website chat box) I simply gave up and cancelled when I didnt receive a single response. They offer no phone number either. Very suspect. Proceed at your own risk or pay a bit more and go with a better coffee subscription company. Im trying to share wherever they’re reviewed to both try to get their attention and action on improving their CS as well as provide firsthand recent review as I myself could not find many before trying (and failing) with them.
