Horrible
By JabbaJust enter a tracking number EW018637464IN in any tracking system to see: I ordered on March 12, and only after 5 weeks (!!!!!) on April 20 does the postage leave India. I still haven’t received my order, maybe it will be another month until I do. Do not order unless you are willing to wait for 3 months.

Degradation in quality
By BholTeabox used to reliably sell the highest quality tea. However, on all my recent orders the tea is not the grade they publish but of lesser quality. I attempted to call them and after one month of back and forth nothing was done except to tell me that their experts are sticking to their word. So much for customer service, a complete waste off time. It’s a shame as they had a good concept going

Awful Service
By Claira05I had a subscription with Teabox tea subscription service that I absolutely loved about a year ago. The teas are wonderful and not at all the usual green tea or oolong from China. I get to try a lot of different teas and can change the type of teas I get monthly with a click on their website. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it. Then recently I was able to sign up for it again. Boy, the nightmares begin! Recently, due to their “system upgrade”, I did not receive any tea for the month of October. After being promised that things will be back to normal after the system upgrade is completed, I received an email that my payment did not go through. After updated my payment information, I was billed and promised to have tea coming to my door. That was November 15, 2017. As of today, November 29, I was just informed, after two angry emails to their customer service, that my tea has not being shipped out because of a “technical error”. My email, as usual, has being forwarded to their mysterious “concerned team” which does not seemed too concerned about this problem nor working on to solve the issue. In short, two weeks after when the tea is supposed to be shipped out, I am still waiting for any explanation as to what happened.
