I wish I could give it zero stars.

It doesn’t let you cancel membership. There’s steps to cancel, it leads you to believe youve canceled, but then charges your card the next month. No response from customer service, had to cancel my card. Not fun.

Plus the ejuices they sent were awful. And it didn’t save me much money… maybe a dollar or two one five juices.

Zamplebox

Zamplebox is not worth the money and is a scam. I was part of the company 2 months and kept getting charged 2 to 3 times a month and did not receive product for each time they took money. It took over a month to get anyone to contact me back and when I looked up their Renton address, it is a vacant building. I live near Renton so I drove by the so called address and the building was empty + for sale.
Don’t waste your money or time on them. Out of seven boxes I got 2 flavors different in maybe 4 of them and then all the rest was the same.
Good luck to anyone that uses zamplebox.
