A month and a half later and I still haven't received my box
By ChariseI signed up for a 6 month subscription because I had a 1 month old infant and didn’t know how to entertain her. Well now she’s almost 3 months and I still haven’t received a box, but they did double charge me.
I don’t need their help selecting toys anymore now that she can grasp toys. I emailed them and they didn’t apologize, and just now sent me a tracking number (set to arrive in 2 weeks). I doubt they would have bothered if I hadn’t emailed them.
