Where in the world is my box?

Very poor shipping policy and tracking info. As of now I am not impressed. I have waited 1 calendar month for my box and to no avail. This is my first order and I am very disappointed. I am waiting to hear back from the company. As of now I am afraid to order the next box. Summer is almost over. Not great service. No stars!!

Content is good, shipping is questionable

I got a box for myself as part of my subscription then tried to get one for a friend and paid extra for expedited shipping. That was a week ago, and they said they still can’t tell me when it will ship. Will not be ordering again. Too bad.
