Cancellation and Customer Agent was rude
By SidI bought this subscription as a gift for some family members. The subscription was a hit and they loved the variety of wines they received. The cancellation procedure for the subscription is a pain. You either need to have a live chat with an agent or call. I decided to do a live chat, being that I thought it would be the quickest way to cancel my account. The customer service agent was rude over live chat and took way too long to cancel my account. I would have considered keeping my account open for further gift options, but after my experience with trying to cancel my account I will not order through them again.
