The Best Experience Around

I purchase socks from Sock Panda a little while ago. Not only are the socks great, the shipping was fast.

I realized they were here in Los Angeles and decided to go into the store. WOW! What at great experience. The owner was soooo nice.

I see these other reviews and wonder if they are fake?

Terrible customer service

The socks are decent but good luck trying to cancel. The customer service agent acting confused when I wanted to cancel and said “it literally renewed today so I’m confused why you’re calling” It helps to explain that 24 hours is needed before they can cancel. Sorry if the day before was Christmas you still can’t cancel even a few hours after the 24 hour expiration date. I was also told my ethnic name had too many letters in it. To top it off, I was told not to call the customer service line again when I expressed displeasure of being discriminated against due to my ethnic name. So I’m an active customer (because they won’t cancel my subscription) but I’m not allowed to receive customer service. Super shady Sock Panda!

This is the Best Sock Company with the Best Customer Service

I just saw this site searching for Sock Panda and was shocked at the reviews here. I guess there are only three, but this company is amazing! Really cute socks and when I called for a special request, I received a quick yes and everything I asked for was taken care of.

I have purchased subscriptions and shopped with Sock Panda for years.

Rude

The socks were cute, but the customer service was very rude. I was excited to use the honey coupon to get $98 off my year membership. They charged me the full price of $152 anyway. I am pretty sure that that is illegal. There was no way i was OK with that so i disputed the charge with the bank. Sock panda told me that they sent the the $98 and i should cancel the dispute and they wouldn’t send me socks till i canceled it. My bank never received any refund. I told sock panda i never got a refund and they called me wrong, a liar, and that I should be ashamed of myself. I did nothing wrong and they blocked me and told me not to contact them till they “won the dispute”. After 3 month’s they canceled my account and they gave me the rest of my money back except for the $20 for causing the dispute. It was a terrible experience and they were very angry and rude I would not recommend them to anyone.

Sock Panda is a scam - Buyer Beware

I guess this company may have been good back in 2015 when it started, but don’t expect to get anything once you subscribe. I bought this as a gift for a family member and it’s embarrassing that they didn’t receive anything. Search them on Facebook and you’ll find posts that raise concerns about their products and service. I paid over $200 for 2 pairs of socks a month for a year because I thought they had good designs and that the recipient would love them, but neither have materialized. I would stay very far away from this company. They do not respond to emails, FB posts, twitter posts, or to their Google phone number… GOOGLE PHONE NUMBER? Are you freaking kidding me? A real business would not be using a free google phone service unless they don’t plan on responding to calls.

Also, don’t get fooled by their whole charity aspect. I have a feeling that’s a lie, or at least a stretch that they do that much for charity. This company is very fake, very shady, and run very, VERY poorly. Stay very far away. You’ve been warned.

Best Sock Company Ever!

Not only are these sock designs amazing, the customer service is wonderful! This company is my go to gift for all occasions.
