DO NOT USE--they stopped sending items

This used to be a great service. But it seems they went out of business (look at their FB and IG–they used to post a lot but suddenly stopped in September 2021). I ordered a 3-month subscription and received nothing. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Their social media is filled with similar comments. It seems they closed shop, yet left open their website to take new sign-ups (and keep charging people) despite having no intention or ability to ship anything. I reported them to the FTC and my State’s Attorney General. I also disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back that way.

Horrible!! SCAM!

I purchased a 3-month subscription for my husband as a gift, he received ONE package! The products are mediocre and not worth the money. Not only did they only send one package they have continued to charge my card that I cannot remove from their site because it seems to be malfunctioning … most likely on purpose! In my opinion this is a scam and the site needs to be shutdown before other people are taken advantage of. This place will gladly steal your money!! Giving them one star is giving them too much credit.

Do not recommend

I purchased a 12 month subscription. I received 8 boxes from them. No problems till the 9’th box. I did not receive the 9’th box. They never contacted me to tell they were having issues. I sent them an email. They replied back saying they were having problems. The next month they charged me $18.75. So I called them the representative said someone would call me back. No, she did not fix the problem. And no one called me. So now they are not answering my emails. I still have 4 months of boxes due. Plus the one they charged me extra. So NO I do not recommend them. Be warned!!

DO NOT USE THEM...Mystery charges and no one knows anything!

I purchased jackedpack for my boyfriend in October of 2015 for the 6 month subscription service. I called in right after to cancel because this was a birthday present and a one-time thing. They said everything was cancelled and I went on about my way. Over a year later I start seeing a charge and then a subsequent credit for $75.00 from jacked pack. This happened three times. The first time I saw it I figured they were gonna charge me and decided not to because they saw where I cancelled. Then when it happened again and again it began to raise red flags. I called in to inquire about the issue the customer service rep that answered the phone was OBLIVIOUS and had no answers. She had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and said she didn’t see that the account was cancelled. When I would be in the middle of asking a question she would cut me off and say she was looking at my account. SO RUDE. She didnt answer one question that I had. When I asked to speak to a manager her first response was “He is not working tonight” so then when I asked to speak to any one other than herself she said “the supervisor has stepped out of the office” then when I asked a third time she said “the manager is not here” i was like …UMMM which is it? and I wasnt necessarily asking to speak to a supervisor I was willing to speak to ANYONE who could explain the mystery charges on my account. Every time jacked pack tried to charge and then credit the money, it would place a freeze on my account. When I asked if they could remove my debit card information I was told they could not. So now I am going to have to report my card as stolen and wait for another one all because I gave them my information…>DO NOT USE THEM!!
