Avoid, bunch of amateurs that taking and using money from customers for over a year and never deliver the goods
By MarianaAvoid, bunch of amateurs that taking money from customers for pre-order before toy even produced, used my money for a year, never send the toy to me and when I chased the order told me that toy is out of stock and I can have a refund?! Don’t even have a decency to apologise for their fault – pre-order means that you already took the money for order and it could not be out of stock if the toy wasn’t even produced in time of my order!

Any positive reviewers are paid actors
By KiraAll these positive reviews are most definitely cap. Out of all the places I’ve ordered pops from Pop In A Box is most definitely the worst. They don’t care about how they package orders they literally just straight up throw the pop in the box (hence the name) no bubble wrap no sorter nothing. Ordered 3 pops for $30 2 of them were damaged 1 of them being the chase (which was worth more than the entire order) and all they offered me was a 15% refund which by the way I got these pops on a promo code so they would’ve cost way more, overpriced pops only to get crappy handling. They completely ignored my feedback so I contacted their Twitter and 3 different people reached out to me and each time started the conversation from the beginning so basically I got nowhere with my problem and it’s almost as if their responses are auto generated like I’m talking to a bot and not an actual person. And I am 1000% positive that they won’t read this because they absolutely don’t care about their customers all they care about is the money. Worst packaging worst customer service 10/10 would definitely not recommend.
