Double Charged

They double charged me for my subscription. When I notified them they said they have refunded that amount. 8 days later still no refund. Call them again they tell me I don’t know how to read my bank information and that I should call my bank. Well I called my bank and they say that I have read everything correctly. Call Test Tube back – they say they’ve done the refund and there is nothing more they can do. So now I have to pay to dispute this charge. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM – POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. MY MAIN ISSUE IS THEY DON’T CARE.

***WARNING***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will charge you over and over even though you canceled your subscription following their “terms”. Their “terms” claim you can cancel anytime via email but be careful because when you follow their terms, they will create new, unwritten terms. I ordered an annual subscription January 2021. Their “terms” state to email anytime to cancel your reoccurring subscription. I canceled via email February 2021 so that I wouldn’t forget to cancel at the end of the year (I have the email stating my request to cancel). December 2021 they recharged me for another annual subscription. I emailed and called their terrible customer service and they are denying my refund stating that even though they received my cancellation email, they are charging me and not refunding the new charge because even though I properly canceled per their terms, they made counter email offers throughout the year to get me to resubscribe and since I didn’t respond back to them that that means I must not have wanted to really cancel. Pathetic business practices.
