FIrst, they kept postponing my delivery without telling me. This happened 4 times. Then they charged me out of the blue, and still didn’t show anything as shipping. When I reached out to them, they told me I cancelled the order. Well, I never did, but if I did, why are you charging me for something you won’t ship? Then I am told I can expect a refund in a few days. They’ve had numerous complaints about this charging you without delivering a product on the Better Business Bureau. Heed those warnings. This is a shady company, at best.

Awful and Deceitful

Offered a free month subscription if I signed up. I signed up, never received the free month subscription, and then was charged the next month fully for a box with awful products. Will be disputing. Stay away from this scam as they are deceitful.

Website keeps locking up

Site is not worth the trouble. Signed up today thinking maybe I will give myself a little treat each month. After an hour of the website constantly locking up my browser (Chrome on an Android Nexus6), I am giving up and cancelling my subscription. I am looking for a treat, not a monthly frustration.

Three months in and I'm loving it.

I really look forward to receiving my Bespoke Post package every month.

Everything that I’ve received is really good quality and really well thought out. And the ordering process could really not be any easier. I get my email on the first of the month, and decide to ship it, by doing nothing, or skip it, by clicking a link in the email. That’s it. And it shows up normally about 2 weeks later.

Well packaged, well thought out and great quality.

It’s like getting a really thoughtful gift every month. Or buying myself something really nice without having to decide what and go and find it.
